What are cookies?
Cookies should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, stored in the users’ terminal equipment intended for using websites. These files allow to recognize the user’s device and properly display the website tailored to his individual preferences. What do we use cookies for?

What cookies do we use?
Two types of cookies are used on websites:

  • session cookies – these are temporary files that remain on the user’s device until they log out of the website or turn off the software (web browser)

Cookies used by us do not store any personal data.
Is it possible to delete cookies?
By default, the software used to browse the content of websites by default allows the placement of cookies on the terminal device. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser configuration, or to inform about them each time they are sent to the user’s device.   1. Your personal data is processed accordingly:
    1. in connection with the implementation by “Joint Administrators” of a contract for the implementation of services, contracts for the delivery of goods produced by “Joint Administrators”, including the implementation of orders. The purpose of personal data processing is the implementation of the above-mentioned services or other similar services, which at your request are provided by “Joint Administrators”,
    2. in connection with the consent given to the presentation by “Joint Administrators” of a product offer,
    3. in connection with the concluded agreement on cooperation / delivery of services and products by you to “Joint Administrators”.
  2. “Joint Administrators” inform that providing personal data is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting sales made to the Customer with a VAT invoice). Depending on the purpose of processing particular categories of data by “Joint Administrators”, no personal data is provided:
    1. prevents the conclusion of a contract with “Joint Administrators”, as well as prevents the issue of a VAT invoice,
    2. prevents the presentation of the product offer.
  3. “Joint Administrators” inform that everyone has the right to access their personal data and correct and update it. Everyone also has the right to transfer data, object to processing and to delete personal data if there are legal grounds for doing so.
  4. “Joint Administrators” inform that personal data will be stored throughout the period of providing services to the Customer, as well as data will be stored for the period of limitation of any claims, including tax and civil claims.
  5. “Joint Administrators” inform that personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
    1. Law firms serving the “Joint Administrators”,
    2. IT companies and companies providing support and management of IT infrastructure of “Joint Administrators”,
    3. Persons or companies servicing the Co-controllers in the scope of personal data protection,
    4. Companies providing marketing services to “Joint Administrators”,
    5. Consulting companies providing services to “Joint Administrators”,
    6. Courier and postal companies.
  6. “Joint Administrators” inform about the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body supervising the method of personal data processing.
