KAROŃ ZP Sp. z o.o. is a Polish family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of equipment, metal structures and products for industry and public spaces. We develop our own solutions under the LETTERO and ALLHALL brands and carry out manufacturing projects for partners in Poland and abroad.
We combine engineering expertise with extensive manufacturing and assembly facilities. We manage projects from structural design and prototyping through to the production of complete products. The location of our plant near Tomaszów Mazowiecki and the S8 expressway supports customer service and logistics in Poland and abroad.

FROM DESIGN TO FINISHED PRODUCT
We bring design, prototyping and manufacturing together within one company. Our manufacturing capabilities include sheet metal and plastics processing, welding, powder coating and mechanical assembly. These are complemented by expertise in integrating drives and safety systems, control systems and software.
We design and manufacture advanced equipment and systems for a range of industries, with a particular focus on printing and packaging. These include programmable storage cranes for flatbed and rotary dies. We also apply the experience gained through developing our own products to the manufacture of complete equipment and products for industrial partners.
QUALITY AND STANDARDS
We incorporate quality and environmental responsibility into our manufacturing processes. We have implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001.
We provide anti-corrosion protection in line with project documentation requirements, including for corrosivity category C4 when specified by the project.
Selected LETTERO color control devices are FOGRA certified.
ENGINEERING AND CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
We support companies in product development and manufacturing. Our engineering support covers the process from design and prototyping, including in the ETO model, to optimizing solutions for reliability and production costs.
We carry out projects for companies in Poland, other European countries and beyond. We manufacture individual components and finished products, and process metal parts. Our services include laser cutting, punching and stamping, sheet metal and plastics processing, machining, welding and resistance welding, cold joining, powder coating, assembly, packaging and custom projects.
TRADE FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS
Over the years, we have taken part in a number of industry trade fairs, exhibitions and educational events in Poland and abroad. These include international trade fairs such as drupa in Düsseldorf and ORGATEC in Cologne.
In 2024, we took part in drupa with our LETTERO brand.
CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
LETTERO products are used by printing plants and print groups, companies in the media and design industries, as well as public offices and institutions that archive documentation in Poland and abroad.
Our strategic partner in the distribution of flexographic storage systems is Marbach, an international manufacturer of cutting dies for the packaging industry.
We work with companies including Agfa, 3M, Chespa, Procter & Gamble, Dunapack Eurobox, EIZO, X-Rite, hubergroup, Serwach, Smurfit Westrock, Schmedt, Werner Kenkel, Adams, Avargraf, Mondi, Emerson, PepsiCo, Flint Group, Sun Chemical and Scorpio.
ALLHALL customers include individual buyers, public offices and institutions. Our trade partners and furniture retailers in Poland and abroad include Black Red White, Agata Meble, Wayfair, Lapadd, Stuhloase, Meble Teo and Twojemeble.
KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION
The experience gained over the years allows us to design our own products both in the field of furniture and printing and archiving equipment, as well as promoting professional knowledge in the field of computer image processing and color management. Its foundations have been developed in two books:
